3 November - Creature comforts

It's not just humans who tucked into pumpkin on Halloween. Although, I'll be keeping Cinnamon (my cheeky guinea pig) in a safe and quiet place on Thursday night. Unlike me, pets do not like fireworks!

4 November - Square eyes

How much TV do you watch? I was surprised by my weekly total. With my hours on the computer and it adds up to far too much screen time. On that note, I'm going to switch off my laptop and get some sleep!

5 November - Revving up

Do you think your first car will run on electricity? What's certain is that we need bright ideas like this. Dan says we won't be able to rely on fossil fuels like oil in the future.

5 November - Guy Fawkes

Cinnamon is safely tucked up, so I'm going to meet Rachel at the local fireworks display. I can't stand the noisy ones. I like lots of colour. Mum has very kindly bought us some sparklers.

7 November - Poppy Day

Gran will be pleased that I bought a poppy for my coat this morning. Tomorrow there will be lots of ceremonies around the country to mark Remembrance Sunday.
