14 July - Fuzzy friends

My guinea pig Cinnamon is definitely not as cunning as a cat. We rely on each other in different ways. Gran says pets make great companions and loyal friends.

14 July - High fliers

The first time I saw a dragonfly I was amazed at their beautiful wings. They must be very fit if they can fly from India to the Maldives (map). I suppose these clever creatures just do what they need to survive.

15 July - Home and away

Speaking of survival skills, this British teenager had a lucky escape in the Aussie outback. I'm not going so far on my holidays. Hannah and I are going to Wales for a week of bike rides and picnics.

17 July - Trash talk

I use my bike panniers when I go shopping, Dan uses a rucksack and Aisha has a reusable cotton bag. We all agree that plastic bags are a no-no.

19 July - Space saving

Humans have been to the moon. Would you like to be the first person to set foot on Mars? You could certainly write an interesting postcard! Anyway I hope you have some adventures in the summer holidays. My blog will be back on 1st September...
